Introduction

Qblt is a business software platform built for ecommerce teams that manage cash-on-delivery operations.

This Privacy Policy explains how Qblt collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes information when merchants, team members, or connected services use the Qblt platform.

Information we process

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication details, workspace membership, role, preferences, and settings.
  • Workspace information: store name, team configuration, operational settings, billing status, automation preferences, and connected service configuration.
  • Order and customer information: customer name, phone number, city, address, product name, order amount, order status, delivery status, and recovery status.
  • Messaging information: WhatsApp templates, delivery status, customer replies, button selections, and operational outcomes.
  • Carrier information: shipment references, tracking codes, pickup status, delivery status, failed-delivery reasons, redelivery requests, and carrier responses.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser, device, session data, logs, timestamps, product events, security events, and diagnostics.

How we use information

  • Create, secure, and manage Qblt accounts and workspaces.
  • Import, organize, confirm, and track COD orders.
  • Prepare confirmation, shipment, tracking, and recovery workflows.
  • Send controlled operational messages related to orders.
  • Prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
  • Provide customer support and respond to user requests.

WhatsApp and Meta

Qblt uses Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to send approved WhatsApp templates and receive statuses, customer replies, and button selections related to order operations.

Qblt does not use WhatsApp data for unrelated advertising, does not sell WhatsApp data, and does not send unrelated promotional campaigns through the Qblt sender.

Sharing, security, and retention

Qblt shares information only when needed to provide, secure, or support the service, including infrastructure, authentication, payment, Meta, selected ecommerce platforms, and selected carriers.

Qblt uses reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, workspace permissions, secure storage for sensitive credentials, operational logging, and security monitoring.

Data deletion

Users can request deletion of their Qblt account, workspace, and associated data by contacting contact@qblt.app from the email address linked to their account.

  • The email address linked to the Qblt account.
  • The workspace or store name.
  • The data or workspace you want deleted.
  • Any details that help us verify and process the request.
